Sanon, 19, officially declared for the NBA Draft of 2025 on Saturday, but plans to stay with St. John’s for the next season, according to the Post Zach Brazillier.
The Massachusetts native plans to go through the draft process to receive some comments from the NBA explorers before playing their first year season with the Johnnies.

Sanon was the first major acquisition of Rick Pitin of the transfer portal in March, landing in the guard a few days after the defeat of the St. John season in the second round of the NCAA tournament.
