Several people have been and other wounds in Vancouver after a driver led to a crowd at a Filipina street festival in the city of western Canada, according to the police.
The driver has been tasks in custody, police said in a publication on the social media platform X on Saturday.
The mayor of Vancouver, Ken Sim, said: “I am surprised and deeply sad for the horrible incident in the Lapu day event today.”
