Cyient Det (Digital, Engineering and Technology) reported a net gain of ₹ 163 million rupees in the fourth quarter that ended on March 31, 2025, showing a decrease or 6 percent year -on -year. Registered a 3.4 percent decrease in revenues, which stood at ₹ 1,472 million rupees in the quarter.
For financial year 2024-25, the company reported a decrease or 12.2 percent in its net gain to ₹ 605 million rupees, since its income fell 1.6 percent to ₹ 5,816 million rupees compared to the number of the previous year.
The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹ 14 per action for the financial year 2024-25.
While there are some uncertainties in the short term, we are working very closely with our customs to navigate through current challenges. We hope this will last at least until the first half of fiscal year 26, ”said Krishna Bodanapu, executive vice president and managing director, Cyient.
“I am sure that with our market positioning, global presence and the new established leadership, we will emerge stronger to boost sustainable growth in the medium and long term,” he said.
He said that the year the company launched an exclusive subsidiary for the semiconductor business and appointed Summan Narayan as CEO of Cyient Semiconductors.
