Civil flight operations were affected in northern India following the reprisals of India against terrorist objectives in Pakistan on Wednesday morning.

The compliance with national airlines, flight operations from airports such as Leh, Jammu, Srinagar, Chandigarh, Amritsar and Dharamshala, among others have been affected.

The hybrid airline of the Tata Group, Air India Express, said it has suspended all flights to and from Srinagar, Jammu, Amritsar and Hindon until 12 pm on Wednesday.

“According to the prevailing restrictions, multiple flights are affected in our network, including flight cancellations to and from Amritsar, Jammu, Srinagar and Hindon to Diday on May 7,” Aix said in a statement.

For his part, Air India said that in view of the prevailing situation, he has canceled all flights to and from Jammu, Srinagar, Leh, Jodhpur, Amritsar, Bhuj, Jamnagar, Chandigarh and Rajkot -till 12 Noon in May “ ” ” ” ”

“Two international flights and the route to Amritsar are being diverted to Delhi,” said Air India in a statement.

According to Indigo, their flight operations to and from Srinagar, Jammu, Amritsar, Leh, Chandigarh and Dharamshahala are affected due to the changing conditions of airspace in the region.

The flight interruptions arrive hours after the Indian Armed Forces, the early hours of Wednesday, carried out precision attacks in terrorist sites in Pakistan and Jammu and Kashmir of Pakistan and Kashmir (Pok).

An official statement said the forces launched “Operation Sndoor”, aimed at nine sites where terrorist attacks against India have been planned and directed.

“Our actions have been centered, measures and in nature not scale. The Pakistani military facilities have not been directed. India has demonstrated a considerable harvest in the selection of objectives and execution methods,” the statement said.

“These steps come following the barbarian terrorist attack by Pahalgam in which 25 Indians and a Nepali citizen were killed.”

Since the attack, the main political brass of India has given the armed forces “complete operational freedom” to decide on the mode, objectives and time of the country’s response.

These strikes were carried out two weeks after the terrorist attack of the Pahalgama and the day when the Civil Defense drills had a leg planned throughout the country.
