Nissan declined to comment on the report on the plant, which has leased from Dongfeng Motor since 2022.

The Japanese automation manufacturer predicted a net loss of 700 billion yen to 750 billion yen ($ 4.87 billion, $ 5.22 billion) on Thursday for the financial year that ended in March due to the charges for deterioration. ($ 1 = 143,6700 yen)
