The International Coffee Festival of Tres Day India (IICF) 2025 will be organized in Bangalore from April 24. The Indian Specialty Coffee Association has been appointed Nodal Agency by the IICFA Coffee Board, which will be radiant in Chamura Vajra.
DM Purnesh, president of the Indian specialty coffee association, said IICF 2025 received a very good response from those interested in coffee. There will be more than 100 positions in the event, including coffee companies, toaster, producers, equipment vendors and also food stalls, he said.
“We are going to have many championships such as the Barista Championship, the Art Championship of Latte, the Brewer Cup championship, the good humorous coffee, the filter coffee championship, among others. The finals of the championships will take place in the IICF.”
Purnessh said that the Board has given permission for SCAI to make the IICF for the next 10 years. Scai, who has more than 60 members, began as an association focused on coffee cultivation. “Now we have expanded the scope to coffee growers, toastering, machinery, equipment importers, merchants, curators and also the owners of the cafes,” he said.
India is the seventh largest coffee producer in the world and also the fifth largest exporter. Around two thirds of 3.5 Lakh are exported tons of coffee produced in the country.
