The shocking images show that immigration buses take train to the members of the Aragua gang to a Texas airport forced to turn around just before the Supreme Court ordered that deportations be stopped.

At least 28 migrants from the Cloud Detention Center for Immigration and Customs Control in Anson were destined for Abilene’s airport when they suddenly made a change of U as the legal battles in Washington extended due to the use of the Trump administration of an eighteenth century footage.

The buses, followed by a large caravan of at least 18 police cruises of multiple agencies, unexpected drove the airport and took him back to the detention center.

While the bus was heading to the airport, the American district judge James Boasberg heard an Emergenyc application of the American Union of Civil Liberties [ACLU] For a temporary restriction order that requires a 30 -day warning of the Trump administration before any of its clients were deported under the alien enemies law after learning that they had issued elimination notices.

After ACLU lawyers informed Boasberg just before the hearing that buses were heading to the airport, migrants in Texas, the judge asked a lawyer from the Department of Justice to make sure that no flight migrant sport from Bluebonnet.

Boasberg finally denied the ACLU’s request, but the Supreme Court stopped deportation flights in an emergency order of 7-2 just after midnight on Saturday morning.

“The government is ordered that no member of the alleged class of detainees from the United States is eliminated until an additional order of this court is made,” the order said.

The winery only applies to migrants arrested in northern Texas, although other judges have stopped deportations in New York, Colorado and Southern Texas.

DHS officials did not confirm NBC that he was on buses or why they turned around.

The legal fight is based on a decision of April 7 of Scouts in which the judges voted 5–4 to let deportations continue, but only if migrants receive notices, an opportunity to challenge the elimination in court, and if their cases occur, duration, duration, duration,

They had told migrants who were being deported to El Salvador or Venezuela, although their final destination was not clear, family members and lawyers representing stop at the ICE detention center told The Outlet.

All men on buses, whom the Trump administration states is affiliated with the violent train of the Aragua gang, were asked to sign a elimination letter, but many refused, according to NBC.

The video reviewed by the output showed several of the migrants retaining their orders in apparent protest.

If the men had signed the document and are sent to Latin America less than 24 hours after the firm, the DHS could have violated the order of the courts for not providing “reasonable time” to those who the administration seeks to deport under the alien enemies law.
