Barnes admitted the charges to make inappropriate relationships with athletes that trained and using racist language
Chris Barnes, a coach and event organizer of the northwest of England, received a prohibition of athletics life after a disciplinary athletics panel of the United Kingdom found him guilty or multiple ruptures of the code of behavior of relations.
