Individual players Thomas Shea (6-2, 6-2), Stephen Nason (7-6, 6-3) and Jason Spaulding (6-2, 6-1), as well as the double teams Thomas Weber and Wes Georges (6-3, 6-3) and Simon Tenorio and Ryan Gil (6-4, 6-4) all elaborated.
Colin Fleet and Will Rumsey each put their games when No. 30 Durfee (14-6) defeated No. 35 Medford 4-1 in a div. 1 Preliminary round contest.
No. 32 Whitman-Hanson (7-12) advanced to the first round of Div. 2 Tournament with a 3-2 victory over No. 33 Bridgewater-Raynham. The Panthers shot in doubles when Connor Thomas/Logan Peterson and Ein Flynn/James Denton won in straight sets.
Trevor Engel or Shawsheen defeated Marc Taboucheran or Community Academy 8-3 to win the Athletic Conference Championship of the Commonwealth. Shawsheen’s duo or Joe Fennelly and Hunter Holloway defeated teammates Teddy Buzynski and Josh Powderly 9-7 to win the title of double CAC. In mixed doubles, Maria Rosario and James Burgos or Greater Lawrence beat her and Matt Kilfoyle of Shawsheen, 8-5.
Girl tennis
Shawsheen’s faith, Martin de Shawsheen, won the title of Singles Cac with an 8-3 victory over Giday Sánchez or Greater Lawrence. In the Double Final, Isobel and Chloe Callahan of the Community Academy beat Meredith Black and Avery Robichaud of Fellowship Academy, 8-1.

In the small semifinals of the Vocational State Tournament, Mario Larrosa achieved four goals and two assists, while James Hoey added four other goals to take South Shore Tech to a 11-1 victory over Old Colony.
Lacrosse de Chicas
In the semifinals of the Vocational State Tournament, Addison Carbone (five goals), Emma Finch (four goals, two assists) and Maddie Golden (three goals, two assists) marked the rhythm of Greater Lowell (13-4) to a 12-8 victory.
