As Ather prepares for his next OPI, some of his investors are ready to obtain substantial profits. The two -wheeled electrical manufacturer has announced a price band of ₹ 304–321 per action and plans to raise approximately ₹ 2,626 million rupees through a new topic. The OPI also includes a sacrifice for sale (OFS) by existing promoters and shareholders.
The co -founders Tarun Mehta and Swapnil Jain will download 9.8 Lakh share each. Caladium Investment PTE, National Investment and Infrastructure Fund II (IFRS II), Iit-Madras Incubation Cell Corporate, Iitms Rural Technology Incubator and Amit Bhatia are also participating in the OFS.
Among the largest winners include the private capital firm Tiger Global, one of the first sponsors, will download 4 LAKH of shares bought at an average cost of ₹ 38.58, translating into a performance or 8.3 times its original investment. Investment in Caladio is expected to obtain a yield of 57 percent, while IFRS II can earn 74 percent in your investment.
While several investors are reserving profits, long -term sponsors remain optimistic. Hero Motocorp, ATher’s largest shareholder with a 38.19 percent participation in Ater, continues invested. Similarly, the Kamath – Nithin and Nikhil brothers, also continuously to maintain a 2.28 percent participation through their respective entities, Nksquared and Kamatd Associates.
Second IPO EV important
Ather is the second EV student looking for an IPO after Ola Electric. Ather currently has a market share of 11.5 percent from fiscal year24 and is the third largest player by volume. Ather’s revenues of operations increased by 28.32 percent to ₹ 1,578.9 million rupees in three quarters of fiscal year 2015 from ₹ 1,230.4 million rupees in the same period last year, since he witnessed a growth of 45 percent year -on -year, the OPI will reach the market on April 28 and closed on April 30.
